ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಂಬ್ ಸ್ಫೋಟ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸುಳ್ಳು ದೃಶ್ಯ ತೋರಿಸುವ AI-ನಿರ್ಮಿತ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ಹರಡಿದ ಆರೋಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಹಾರದ 25 ವರ್ಷದ ವಲಸೆ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕನನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ತಿರುಚಿದ ವಿಡಿಯೋ Instagramನಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಿದಾಡಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದ ಬಳಿಕ ಬಂಧನವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಬಂಧಿತನನ್ನು ಅಲಿ ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಭಾರತೀಯ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಸಂಹಿತೆಯ (BNS) ಕಲಂ 353(1)(b) ಮತ್ತು 353(2) ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ FIR ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಿದರು.

Bengaluru Police have arrested Ali, a 25 year old migrant worker from Bihar, for allegedly creating and circulating an AI generated video falsely depicting a bomb blast at Vidhana Soudha. The video surfaced on Instagram on Tuesday. Police registered an FIR under Sections 353(1)(b) and 353(2) of the BNS and traced the accused through digital records. An AI manipulated Instagram video falsely depicting a bomb blast at Bengaluru’s Vidhana Soudha has triggered public outrage, with social media users urging Bengaluru Police to take action against the account holder who uploaded it.
The video, posted by an account named ‘Jnx king Hg’, allegedly carried a caption claiming the building had been blown up. The incident comes amid Dasara festivities.

ಮಂಗಳವಾರ, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 20ರಂದು ಈ ವಿಡಿಯೋ Instagramನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. “Jnx king Hg” ಹೆಸರಿನ ಖಾತೆಯು AI ಬಳಸಿ ತಿರುಚಿದ ವಿಡಿಯೋವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಕಟ್ಟಡವನ್ನು ಸ್ಫೋಟಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಅರ್ಥದ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪವಿದೆ.
ವಿಡಿಯೋದಲ್ಲಿನ ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳು ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಫೋಟ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಚಿತ್ರಣ ನೀಡಿದ್ದವು; ಅವು ನೈಜ ಸ್ಫೋಟದ ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲ. ದಸರಾ ಉತ್ಸವದ ನಡುವೆ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಹರಿದಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಖಾತೆದಾರನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣ ಬಳಕೆದಾರರು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಪೊಲೀಸರ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ Instagram ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
